End User Evaluation Procedure
All Sanbolic software is downloadable from our website and features a 15-day full-feature evaluation. At the conclusion of those 15 days, the users system will enter a Read-Only mode. To evaluate, end-users simply need to register an account in the Sanbolic Client System at http://clients.sanbolic.com
When a Sanbolic reseller issues a Purchase Order, the end-user is issued a Temporary License Key that is valid for (30) days. This singular license key is valid on an unlimited number of machines. Upon Sanbolic's receipt of payment from the reseller, permanent license keys are issued to the end-user. All software and license keys are delivered through the Client System, so make sure your end-user has registered an account before a Purchase Order is placed.
The Sanbolic Logo is available for promotion on your website and marketing materials in EPS and TIFF format. How To Register A Deal With Sanbolic: Some resellers are eligible for additional discount pricing upon registering a deal with Sanbolic. Registration of a deal is as easy supplying your Sales Representative with: The end user, end user's contact information, and an approximate closing date.
Ask your Sales Representative about special pricing for resellers that have been certified by a Sanbolic Engineer. All resellers are encouraged to schedule a training session with a Sanbolic.
Service & Support Agreement
Every license of Melio FS 2010 that is sold must be accompanied by an equal number of Service & Support contracts. Included in the agreement is all minor upgrades, patches, and maintenance releases. Sanbolic provides second hand support to any end user holding a valid Service Agreement. Once it has been determined (by the reseller who handles first hand support) that Sanbolic support is needed, the End User can contact Sanbolic's Technical Support via the Client System, via email firstname.lastname@example.org, or phone. Upgrade Information For Existing Customers
Melio FS 2010 is considered a major upgrade and therefore is not included in the terms of existing Sanbolic customer's support and service contracts. Existing users are being contacted in regards to special pricing for this upgrade. If a reseller is interested in participating in the sale of this upgrade, please contact your Sanbolic Sales Representative.
